  1. Served Kurukshetra University from the position of Lecturer to Professor and Chairman of History Department, KUK (Haryana) for 36 years till superannuation.
  2. Served as Registrar of the Noida International University, Greater Noida (UP) for one academic session (August,2012 to June, 2013) along with charge of Director of Schools of Legal Studies and Liberal Arts, Fine Arts and
  3. Served as Professor & Director of the Delhi Metropolitan Education, (affiliated to the GGS Indraprastha University, Delhi) from Aug.2013 to May. 2016. Five students of DME were listed among Top Ten of the university, including the Topper and the Third position holder.
  4. Served as Dean of RNB Global University, Bikaner (Rajasthan) as Dean, School of Arts and Social Sciences, School of Law and School of Com & Mgt. from Sept. 2016 to May 2017. RNBGU was conferred the Best University Award by the Economic Times for 2016-17 and Best University in Rural Area by ASSOCHAM.
  5. Governor-Chancellor’s Nominee of the Uttar Pradesh Government for selection of Professors/Associate Professors in the universities of UP.
  6. Now working as Vice Chancellor of Rai Technology University, Bangalore since August, 2020.

4       Organized 3-Day International Seminar on Minorities’ Entrepreneurship  & Empowerment  organized on 23-25 March, 2012  as Director, Seminar

  1. Chaired academic sessions in many conferences held in Baroda, Chandigarh, Meerut, Rohtak, Ambala, Sirsa, Karnal, Tohana, Hisar Fatehabad and many other places.
  2. Acted as Co-ordinator of History subject in the Department of Distance Education, KUK for MA/MPhil classes and conducting Personal Contact Programme classes for its students.
  3. Revised syllabi of undergraduate and post-graduate classes for regular departmental students, private students and students registered with the university’s Directorate of Distance Education recently, which were adopted by the state sister university of MD University, Rohtak, Haryana Government and Punjab Government colleges.

Delivered about a dozen extension lectures in various Universities and Colleges in Haryana, Chandigarh, Punjab and Gujarat from time-to-time on various aspects of Indian History and Culture, and also Chaired many sessions in the National Seminars. Also delivered thematic lectures in the Orientation Courses and Refresher Courses in the UGC sponsored Academic Staff College of Kurukshetra University.
